Information we collect

When you order or create an account, we may collect your name, phone number, delivery address, order details and bKash sender number. We do not ask for your bKash PIN, password or full account credentials.

If you enter a valid phone number during checkout but do not place an order, we may save the name, phone number, selected products, cart value and checkout progress to help with checkout support. These incomplete-checkout details are available to store admins and are automatically deleted after 180 days.

For website operation and analytics, we may collect anonymous browser/session identifiers, pages viewed, approximate country or city supplied by our hosting provider, device category, browser, referral source and shopping events. We do not store full IP addresses or exact GPS location in our first-party analytics dashboard.

How information is used

Service providers

Necessary information may be shared with providers that help operate the store, including Pathao for delivery, hosting/database providers, SMS or messaging services, and analytics/advertising services such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta. They receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own policies.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies or similar browser storage for login, cart, analytics, attribution and store functionality. Browser notification permission is requested separately and can be withdrawn in browser settings.

Retention and security

Order records are retained as reasonably needed for fulfilment, accounting, disputes and legal requirements. Anonymous first-party analytics events expire automatically after approximately 400 days. We use HTTPS and reasonable technical controls, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information, subject to records we must retain for completed transactions or legal reasons. You may also disable browser notifications or restrict cookies through browser settings.
