Shipping & Delivery Policy
ANJUM delivers through Pathao courier throughout Bangladesh. These charges and delivery estimates are shown before an order is completed.

Delivery area and charges
- Inside Jashore: ৳50
- Outside Jashore, anywhere in Bangladesh: ৳150
The applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout. There is no hidden delivery fee.
Order confirmation
The delivery charge must be paid in advance through bKash for the order to be confirmed. The remaining product amount may be collected according to the payment method shown during checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are normally prepared within 0–1 business day after confirmation. Pathao delivery normally takes 2–3 business days. Remote locations, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruption or an incorrect address may require additional time.
Tracking and delivery
After the parcel is booked with Pathao, available tracking information appears in the customer order history. Customers should provide a reachable phone number and complete address. If a parcel is returned because the customer was unreachable or the address was incorrect, a new delivery charge may be required for reshipping.
Damaged or missing parcel
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or an item is missing, contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos or an unboxing video so we can investigate with the courier.
