Store and eligibility

ANJUM is an online shop serving customers in Bangladesh. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and be legally able to make the purchase.

Products and availability

We aim to keep descriptions, photos, prices and stock accurate. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. An order may be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable, information is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot be completed. Any amount owed after such a cancellation will be returned.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The delivery charge shown at checkout must be paid in advance by bKash to confirm an order. Never send payment to a number other than the number displayed on our secure checkout page or confirmed through our official contact details.

Orders

An order submission is a request to purchase. Confirmation occurs after required payment and order review. Keep the order reference for support and tracking.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit false orders, copy protected content for commercial use or use automated systems in a way that harms the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ANJUM is not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events outside reasonable control.
